Can't give me the date the claim will be settled on week 5

So annoyed, not working anymore and put a claim on 27 March 2025. Recently sent an email to get status of the claim and I was shocked to get an email advising me of how long the process takes, I'm not interested I know it takes 6 weeks, what I essentially wanted to know is when will the claim be settled since I got bills to pay that's all.
