6 to eight weeks TAT for what ??

Your consultants keep saying the process to payout will take 6 to 8 weeks? I call in and nothing has been done there is no movement. I have sent emails and there has been no response in two weeks. Everything has been submitted but you are holding the process back. Your agents put me on hold without any explanation why I was put on hold. It's clear you are doing nothing to process my request
