3 year pending claim

There is a pending claim: Group scheme name: NTT Group Group scheme number: *** Member name: Mr. M Baloi My late father (passed away 2016) had joined an educational cover and they only contacted us in my final year of university(2023). For approximately the past 3 years they’ve been requesting proof of payments and other documents. My mother and I emailed EVERYTHING we could find but some stuff that they want date back to 2015.
