Your Home Affairs consultant are unprofessional and rude

Im very disgusted with the treatment I have received in 1 Discovery Place today by the home affairs consultant who refused to provide her name,the service is terrible and very unprofessional,exactly what one would expect from home affairs,rudeness,bossy and they think they are above the law,imagine going to renew your ID and only to be suspected to be a foreign national despited your finger prints proving you are the legitimate owner of the ID.
