You stoop to a whole new level of bad service

I tried applying for a credit card on Wednesday, to which I made a calculation error. I mailed you three times about this, and finally yesterday got an email saying the application was rejected. I app**** this morning again, asked to attach documents, to which I had done so. Immediately I was mailed, and I was asked for the same documents, to which I sent them again. I was just phoned by Maxine, who mispronounced my name, told me that the original application was in fact approved. But, I should email my documents through. To which I explained to her I was certain no-one was reading emails, she assured me that she would send me her personal email address, to which I should send documents again. She just emailed me from the card email again, and got my surname wrong. With this level of appalling customer experience, a higher interest rate offered, I would very much like to end our relationship before it starts. I was phoned, where Maxine just recited figures to which I had already agreed twice during my application, and couldn't answer my questions. Please cancel this application. I reject this quote. I cannot work with you, your attention to your customers is lacking to say the leas
