You hung up on me

Air B&B did a refund on my card on 31Jan. To date, I haven't received it. I phoned 2 weeks ago and someone from discovery told me to check with Air B&B. So I waiting the 15 days, still nothing. I contacted Air B&B and they told me money was indeed refunded and they gave me reference and tracking numbers. I phoned discovery today and spoke to Mpho. After putting me on hold for 12 mins and 36 seconds she simply hung up the phone and didn't call me back.

Now I find this behavior from my bank extremely disgusting. You don't know how much I need that money and this back and forth is not helping
