you are a joke

Not sure if you guys are cost saving regarding quality of staff in cs, however its a joke. Been on the phone last 90 minutes trying to sort one simple thing out needles to say last cs person ended up dropping the call on me after telling her the entire story. I might add that not once did I raise my voice or rude however like all things now days. No one wants to take the time and effort to sort things out. Its easier transferring the call to next department. Needles to say I still as square one trying to sort my issue out.
