*****.X.X.........B.E.W.A.R.E....... Do not pay money to VITALITY TRAVEL through DISCOVERY BANK. Their systems do not work. Please everyone be very careful of Discovery bank and Vitality Travel. YOU PAY THEM FOR FLYSAFAIR TICKETS. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR FLIGHTS THROUGH NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN. YOU GET ISSUED VOUCHERS FROM FLYSAFAIR. THESE VOUCHERS DO NOT WORK !!!!! YOU PAID DISCOVERY TRAVEL THROUGH DISCOVERY BANK. WHO IS NOW LIABLE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY ??

We received feedback from our Travel Team regarding the above complaint.
The feedback was that you have been in contact with them and have informed them of the error when booking on Safair website with vouchers. Our Travel Team contacted the airline and were advised that you should call them when processing the bookings as they are aware of the error.
In addition, you were advised to contact the airline by our Travel Team and were also advised that the airline do not process cash refunds but issue vouchers instead.
Should you require any additional assistance regarding this please contact our Travel Team.
