Worst service ever. Would not recommend any discovery products

Worst aervice ever. I hate discovery due to their bad service .I was forced to take medical aid from discovery as the company I work for uses them. I can not access my digital platform as I have to reset my user name and password. I can't do that because my details with discovery bank is not correct and I don't even have an account with discovery bank. I have phoned them every day for two weeks now to sort it out but it seems it's just a bunch of *********** ****s that work there. I have sent mails to their complaints and still nothing. I'm guessing I'm going to have to cancel my services with them once again maybe go back to Bonitas . Atleast their staff has some brains.
