Worst service ever from Discovery - will not trust my money with them!

Discovery contacted me to move my discovery card to Discovery Bank. They confirmed that everything stays the same. Once I got my welcoming letter it seemed that I opened a transactional account as well. I contacted them to close the account. I contacted them again as the account still seemed to be open. Now they have deducted the fees and have no record of me closing the account. It is still open!! You hold on forever to try and get through to the call centre. They cancelled the Discovery Miles product without any notice...therefor I did not have a chance to use a different rewards program with my spending in September. They have no feedback on this. The gym boosters are more delayed than on time. Whats happening with the service?
