Worst service

I sent a request for a stamped document on Monday, made a follow up on Thursday & called on Friday twice, was told I'd get it by the end of the day. Saturday morning now nothing in my email. All other banks I sent this request to rep**** within 24-48hrs. Was going to say because I'm not your customer but a 1.35 rating here on HP clearly shows you're not a customer service centric bank. If you had branches all over, I would've just gone to a branch. How many days or how difficult can it be to get a stamp on a document?!!!!
