WORST SERVICE. A BANK THAT ALLOWS ****MERS TO HACK YOUR ACCOUNT THEN YOU MUST RUN AFTER YOUR OWN MONEY

I have logged countless calls, emails to Discovery Bamk requesting my refund I'm being sent from pillar to posts being **** to countless days, I have to use my airtime to run after my own money PATHETIC I'm disappointed as I was told my query was resolved after 2 months & would finally receive my refund that ****mers debited from account. 3 days LATER & 8 CALLS still no money then everytime the call gets dropped when I request to speak to a manager. I'm appalled
