Worst international payments service.

Dont use Discovery for Foreign payments. I accidentally rejected an incoming payment on 30 July 2024. Till today a month later, the money has not been returned to the sender. I keep getting reference numbers and no feedback. Submitted a MT103 form for them to track the payment. I ask for proof that the money has been sent back to the sender, but they can't provide anything, saying i rejected the payment so it has not arrived with them. It would have taken 10 business days to track the payment, but its been a month. All i get is, we cant do anything until we have feedback from the intermediary bank. All the while, bills go unpaid.....
