WORST FINANCIAL INSTUTITION
Pathetic service!!!! I was put on hold for over an hour and still my query is not resolved. R5000 was taken out of my account and no one can give me an explanation as to why and how. I am cancelling all my business with your instution and will refer this matter to the BANKING OMBUDS.
