Worst experience with discovery bank

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had I needed to do an EFT , which had to be a simple transfer transaction and it was impossible, no one knows what’s happening, I was on the phone half the day yesterday and no one knows why I can’t do a simple EFT. They called after 9 pm when I was already sleeping and they decided to remove my app from my device. A whole inconvenience. The worst is them not knowing why I can’t do the transaction . To think I routed for Discovery bank. You guys need to do better.
