Worst experience with a bank ever!
The worst experience!
A month back my internet services got cut due to a dispute that was logged from out of nowhere. I called my ISP and they advised my July payment was disputed and sent me the proof of this. When calling Discovery Bank a speaking to many agents and given the run around because they could find nothing. I sent the proof from my ISP and the agents name on the document is an agent at Discovery that disputed the debit order without my consent or ever saying they should. Discovery Bank can not find any calls relating to a July dispute logged by myself at all and refuses to give me feedback with regards to the issue. I have called so many times and always get told I will get a call back even spoke to managers and get told the same thing "we will call you back within today" and nothing. My money is gone as I had to pay my ISP again and lost out money as I work from home and need my internet however Discovery Bank can not give me any answers as to how this could happen. They refuse to provide any calls or follow up. What kind of Bank is this that deals with peoples money that can dispute or mess on people's accounts without consent from their customers! Ther service is so bag that the managers and agents don't know a thing and never gets back to you. After almost 3 weeks I have not gotten a call back even after speaking to 3 managers and 8 agents! Even laying a complaint gets no feedback!
