Worst experience

It’s not even a month using Discovery bank but the experience is the worst yoh Double debit for a POS purchase and I’m was told I’ll be contacted for dispute and this was on the 25th , I followed up two days later and I was told there’s nothing the bank can do. Funds remains on pending while the merchant already processed theirs. I cannot access those funds
