Worst banking service

Discovry Bank is by far the worst excuse for a bank i have ever came across. The level of incompetence from their staff is shocking. I spoke to a Lufuno some one and she was very sarcastic and condescending. She kept interrupting me when i was speaking.I demand an apology from her. Beside that fact. How is it that a deduction was made on my account which i dont even know of, not did i approve it. Can not be stopped or reversed. I can only be disputed. The is the biggest nonsense i have ever heard. This was the last straw from DIscovery Bank. I am switching banks and anyone thinking of joining them should think twice. You will regret it.
