WORST BANKING INSTITUTION EVER.

Good day,

This is not the first time that I have reported Discovery Bank.

My salary has been wrongfully paid into my credit card account - and it needs to be transferred to my savings account - also a Discovery account. I have phoned them more than 8 times the past week, with no assistance what so ever. I spoke to a team leader yesterday, and she assured me twice that the money will be transferred no later than 3 yesterday afternoon. It is now 21 hours later, I still have not received my money, and I can not get hold of the team leader at all. Discovery puts me on hold for 10 minutes at a time, and Im lucky to speak to anyone who can assist.

If this does not get resolved today, I will unfortunately have to take further steps .
