Worst banking experience. May have an App, but you can't get anything done....
I have been trying to close my bank accounts with Discovery Bank for 3 weeks, with over 10 calls from my side, two conversations with "managers" and I get nothing but promises.... Still nothing! Call centre can't help, have to escalate the query but nothing happens.
