Worst banking application

Worst application process ever. App**** on the app. They asked for access to my bank account. Was then told they couldn’t access it and I was to send bank statements. Then told they want payslips. Then told to upload passport which you can’t do on the app. The website they give on the app doesn’t exist. Between this received over 8 emails saying awaiting documentation and a client care employee has tried to get hold of you which they never did.
