Worst bank to open an account

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wanted to open a discovery bank account because my medical aid is with them and only had great comments about this bank. After they offered me a black card. I sent through my documentation. Since 2 weeks they have not verified me to open an account. This is the most pathetic “online” bank. Not even the other banks take this long to verify a client! If they cannot even verify within the said time how do they even work with your money! Pathetic!!
