WORST BANK in the COUNTRY!

This bank is same like a Con artist! I recently opened a credit card, utilized credit and paid more than my limit. Next day I see they re-directed the money I paid into other ACCOUNTS. SAVINGS ACCOUNTS THAT WAS OPENED IN 2019 AND NEVER USED NOW SITS AT R2900.00. MIND YOU MY CONTACT DETAILS NEVER CHANGED, NOT ONCE DID THEY PICK UP THE PHONE TO CALL OR EMAIL ME ABOUT ACCOUNTS IN EXCESS. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH DISCOVERY BANK BEFORE OPENING ANYTHING WITH THEM. NO OTHER BANKS LEAVE ACCOUNTS OPENED FOR SO MANY YEARS JUST TO BE ADDING INTEREST NOT KNOWING IF THE PERSON IS DEAD OR ALIVE. YET AFTER 6YEARS YOU DEAL WITH THEM AND BOOOM THEY COME AT YOU WITH SETTLEMENT DATE.

ALL I wanted was to use my credit card and pay as normal but they even went and tarnished my credit profile with this UPSIDE DOWN **** OF THERE'S.

THOSE OLD ACCOUNTS TO BE S****PED. I DIDN'T EVEN TRANSACT OR COLLECT ANY DEBIT CARD.
