Worst Bank in South Africa

What a bad experience! Discovery Bank is the worst bank that anyone can go for! 3 weeks now they still can't help me chang my personal details. Everytime when I call they want to verify me even though I am providing them with the reference that they gave me! Its pay day today, my rent is due my bills are due and I still cannot have access to my money! They have stripped me of my rights!!!!! I can't even travel to work!!!!
