Worst bank ever. Invest your money elsewhere

What a joke. If I could give 0 rating it would be ideal. Not worth opening an account.

Service is non existent The Client has to constantly call. Some calls doesn’t get answered. Some take messages and never return your calls. You sit with a full page of reference numbers that doesn’t help your case, as you have to explain your query to multiple people over and over again. Can’t fix their own errors internally The client Can’t do any internal transfers to help himself, client gets ignored for the last 2 years asking for this to be activated Credit card interest rates go up due to non payment, even though you are not making use of this product and you can’t even pay into this account directly from another bank. All your funds accumulate in a transactional account and this can only be transferred internally. They forget to do this themselves and hand your account over for debt collection. Meanwhile all funds is sitting in a transactional account they have to internally transfer money between your accounts. Debt collection see the mistake and confirms the same but still calls you constantly to pay.

You ask for a recon. After 1 year they still busy with it. They will wait until you have paid for their mistake, in interest added in full and will never refund the client for their own mistake. But skip a payment and you blacklisted

You type out mails to the CEO that never gets delivered as internal staff think they can manage this query themselves for the last 2 years.

You get Discovery brokers involved that deals with their banking side and even them gets ignored

Terrible bank period. Invest your money elsewhere!
