Worst Bank ever?! - Discovery Bank!!!

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a bank. I app**** a weeks before my travels. I had to jump through many loops to get the card and after much communication stating the urgency, I could not get my credit card in time of leaving during October 2022. When I came back during December 2022, without ANY benefits , I only got an account and had to pay R746 for absolutely NOTHING received. They dismissed my official complaint too.
