WORST BANK EVER!!!!!

This is honestly the worst bank I have EVER experienced. I app**** for a Credit Card in July 2025. UP TILL TODAY I have not yet received or been able to use the card. I have now been handed over to MBD as I owe Discovery R1500 in bank charges. How do they charge you for a product that you have not been able to use yet?? I have been disputing this with Discovery and was notified they will close the account. THEY ****. I am still receiving calls from MBD saying the account is not closed and I am going to be black listed. I am at a loss for words!
