Worst Bank Ever
I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars!
I am a member of Discovery Medical and since Discovery had this dumb idea to implement that in order for you to use your discount and benefits to get discount on flight tickets, that you have to have a Discovery Bank account...now I have been struggling to open a bank account for over 5 months and I get passed from one consultant after the other each telling me "everything will be sorted out in 24hours" or " give it a day or two". This is now 5months after the fact still no account and me ending up paying full price for plane tickets despite being a Diamond status Discovery medical aid member. This morning same story..now I have decided to go back to Profmed medical and to cancel Discovery Medical because getting one pair of free nikes every now and then is juts not gonne cut it. Worst experience ever! Hated every step of the process and hate this stupid bank.
