Worst Bank Ever
BEWARE!!!
Worst bank ever. After being very positive initially, and even recomending the bank to friends.
I tried to close my credit card( expensive...) with no success since beginning of January 2024.
They keeps it open just to charge a monthly fee of almost R 500/ month. Promising it will be closed, but with zero results.
Of my 3 banks this is by far the worst experience, and clearly being **********!
