WORST BANK EVER!

There was a *****ulent transaction on the 26 August 2024, i alerted the bank while the transaction was pending. They ignored my email and approved other *****ulent transactions. To date, i have no received 1 and i emphasize 1 response from the bank nor a phone call. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Its shocking!

This is my 2nd review cause the first review they ignored it as well.
