Worst bank!
Thinking of getting a discovery bank?dont.I’ve been using discovery bank for about 3 months then all of a sudden I get an un authorised debit,firstly you can’t reverse debits yourself on app you have to call in and secondly the in authorised debit is pending so they can’t reverse it until 5 days in which I’ll have to call in again and lastly they have no email address for client service I swear this is the biggest load of BS I’ve ever heard,I have other bank accounts with absa and fnb and I’ve never had to go through this nonsense!after they reverse it I will cancel my account immediately.Discovery bank is unlike discovery health!pure trash!!!

20 Jan 2023, 20:52That’s the issue Kanyi why must I call in for a reversal less than 500 in 2023?every single bank in SA has this on App,why must I call in?the debit is from iTunes I don’t even have that and it’s 94rand that’s nothing to you but it’s January for me and if I call again I might aswell let that 94rand slide cz that’s airtime wasted on something I can prove via screen shots but again there’s no email adress for Discovery bank like come on!this is basics!im honestly lost for words!
