WORLD CLASS SERVICE

I have been struggling for for close to two years and and the lady by the name of Amogeleng Matjila is not just a star but a SUPERSTAR.I spoke to her in within 48hrs I was able to get asssistance and my bank app is working and that after I have spoken to more than 10 people that have been passing the buck and telling me that they are going to escalate,until she came into the picture and she was able to assist.She is an asset and she needs to be promoted to be a teamleader/manager/supervisor and she is passionate of customer service.I'm manager for one of the biggest retail company in the country but I felt that she need to ge reconised and given an opportunity to show her capabilities and teach all those people that I interacted with and show them how customer service is run.She gave me different service,I think its an understatement,It was an experience of lifetime when I lost hope of getting my query to be resolved.Please make sure that whoever that worked on my query get a performance review and she manages tehem to be better consulants before you lose custoemer cause their service was so pathetic to a point that I wanted to change the medical aid and wanted nothing to do with discovery.Thank you once again.
