Will I ever receive a Discovery Card???

I app**** for a Discovery Card during March 2018 and submitted my documents the day of the deadline. I received communication that my bank statements were too inconsistent and that I needed to send an IT34 from SARS. I sent the document and received an email thanking me for my information. This email also said that I would be contacted in 3 working days...that was on April 26 2018.

Fast forward to Monday 7 May 2018...still no response...I phone Discovery and the gentleman tells me that he will investigate it and that it will be escalated to the card sales division.

I thought to myself...ok, I can live with that. I will give it another day or two.

Close of business on May 9th 2018....still no response. What is up Discovery??
