I am disappointed in the level of service and support they give to their clients.

I have been waiting on debicheck mandates from a financial institution just to find out my Discovery Bank account is not FICA compliant. I have been trying to get support and assistance regarding meeting all FICA requirements.

I don’t recommend using discovery bank.
