Why Are You Using DSV?!?!?! What a Joke!

Super happy to be with Discovery Bank. However, the process behind acquiring my card from DSV has been nothing short of a headache. Incorrect information shared with me regarding the delivery time has put me in a position whereby I took off work during the hours they provided me with in order to collect my card from Sandton. Called DSV to enquire. 1st person I spoke to said that they driver was in the Sandton area during the allotted hours. Thereafter I was transferred to their Deliveries Department who informed me that the driver wasn't in the area at all. Feels to me like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Discovery Bank you guys are doing fantastic. Don't let a secondary company tarnish your good name. News spreads very fast.
