Who asked you to change my limits?

My ATM withdrawal limit was reduced without my consent. I could change my daily limit to up to about R50000 at one point, this came in handy for emergencies. Today was one such example where I needed to withdraw R15000 but couldn't because some clever *@!$& changed it to R10000. I had to make 5 calls where each consultant would take a minimum of 15min to guess what the issue was. I am currently in the market for a new bank.
