Acclaimed to be Digital bank with advanced IT but failed to trace a refund performed a merchant into a expired credit card. DOES THIS MEAN I NEED TO GIVE UP ON THE MONEY I SUPPOSED TO GET BACK. No feedback...…nothing :(.....this is very poor
