What customer service ?????

No interest on any social media platform on complaints. Logged a complaint after months of trying to resolve an issue. Still receiving demands for payment after logging a case with reference ***. Still zero response from Discovery. I am currently looking for another supplier on my complete portfolio which includes insure, health, invest and vitality.
