What a hopeless mess this company is in.

I have spent the whole afternoon trying to cancel a bank account which they were informed of a year ago.Half a hour on the phone and lots of messages going back and forth, they do not have an option were I can re cancel this bank account.They are the worse company I've ever encounted. In their change of account log in they refuse to delete said bank account.
