What a disappointment

I’ve been with this bank for a very long time now and only now they’ve decided to put every transaction on my bank account on pending for the whole month and when you ask why now and this has never happened before, they would tell you that “we will send you the statement” the statement for what when this has never happened all this years. I regret bragging to my friends about how awesome Discovery Bank is.
