Well marketed for self serving interests
Another fantastic opportunity seized by Discovery Bank to create a miserable experience, not long after the six-week battle surrounding the deductions from my credit card, despite having paid substantially more than the minimum payment.
I started my application for a revolving credit facility on their mobile app and was led to believe I was eligible for R108,000. While I was happy with this amount, I decided to postpone the acceptance of this facility at this stage.
A week ago, I app**** again, but the amount was reduced to R88,000 despite seeing an improvement in my credit score.
I disputed the new amount and provided my reasons. Discovery responded with a new facility amount of R30,000.
WHAT A ****** INSULT. They excel at marketing and little else. I pay close to R1000 a month for Vitality, bank fees, and more, only to receive what in return? A slap in the face!!!
I think the time has come to consider moving away from these clowns.

Maybe "THE SYSTEM" can help me understand why "THE SYSTEM" takes the actions that it takes.. If not, can you tell me how "THE SYSTEM" came into existence? Is this a Chuck Norris creation?
Take your apology home with you, and see if you can plant it in your garden!! Maybe it's worth more there!!.

If "THE SYSTEM" tells me I'm eligible for R108 000 and a human tells me it's only R30 000, then "THE SYSTEM" is not doing its job correctly.
