After writing a complaint regarding my credit card and your HP Administrator not being helpful at all, i received a call from Amit Patel. This gentleman is a perfect example of what excellent customer service is all about. Before even resolving my query, he showed empathy towards me and was handled my complaint in the most professional manner ever. He managed to resolve my query in less than a day. I have been struggling with you guys since the middle of November but he managed to turn my situation around to a pleasant one. I hope this review reaches his management because they need to know what a valuable Customer Care Super agent they have. I am so impressed.
