Unlike other banks that automatically close inactive accounts, Discovery keeps the account open and lets the fees pile up. You’ll be stuck with a bill to settle before they agree to close the account.

Yes - and other banks close your account if they see its not being used... I will warn people to keep them from having to pay!!! Discovery is not a bank you want to bank with, because they will not even call you to say your account is not being used can they close it because fees are accumulating!
