***** waiting to happen

I heard good things about discovery bank, so I decided to open an account. The process was pretty seamless, and they called and arranged delivery of my card. To date, I have not received it. They use DSV couriers, and DSV never pitched up, and claimed that they could not get hold of me in the 2 hour delivery window that was agreed upon. I was sitting in my house, next to my phone, for the entirety of those 2 hours. DSV did not even attempt to deliver or call me. It has been over a month. This is a really important process, and they seem to not be bothered by letting your bank card fall into the wrong hands. I can now understand the poor reviews that I see on hello peter regarding their lack of follow up in ***** cases.
