Waiting period-unhappy

My wife left my medical aid from bonitas to join discovery because bonitas was no longer convenient for her, she app**** to her companies medical aid, but was given a 3 month waiting period even though she was longer than 24 months on medical aid, and no break in between as she joined immediately after she was terminated. She just found out she is pregnant. Had we know we would have never let her join discovery, because we were under the impression no waiting period would be imposed. Thinking of just reinstating her with my medical aid, as she is very unhappy. She cant go to any doctor or obstetrician to find out how far along pregnant she is due to the waiting period.
