Waiting for debit order change for 3 months

I changed my debit order on 8 August 2022 to another bank. Yesterday it STILL went off the wrong account and now I have to pay the bank fees on the RD as well as a bad credit score. I phoned the call centre, the first time I waited 7 min and then phoned back and the lady that helped me asked me the same question 3 times and when the call dropped never bothered to phone me back
