Waiting days for single stamps!!!!!

If I could I would rate them less than one star. I have been trying to get my school papers stamped since 13 Feb 2026. Call them more than 2 times a week, every time they say they will escalate it. How many times must it be escalated? They said I will have is by 27 Feb and still nothing. Now I asked for manager and have been holding the line now for 16 minutes and I know it is going to be more. This is really unacceptable and this will prevent me from ever becoming a Discovery Member in the future. Who is going to pay for the school if we get rejected due to the laziness of Discovery Bank? This is really not good. We cant rate the service as there is NO service!!
