WAITING A MONTH FOR A CARD DELIVERY!

I have been waiting almost a month for my card to be delivered. I call in at least twice a week and I am told that the card is with the courier and will be delivered on the day but it never ever arrives.

Please I cannot use my account with no card.

Please can this be sorted it TODAY!! RIDICULOUS TO BE WAITING SO LONG FOR A CARD

i HAVE BEEN CALLING IN FOR A MONTH TO CALL ME ON ***, THEY HAVE ALWAYS UPDATED THE SYSTEM BUT YET THE COURIERS ARE STILL CALLING RTHE WRONG NUMBER. WHAT A JOKE
