Vitality Travel refund fiasco

I am extremely disappointed with Discovery Bank. Every time a refund is due, there’s always an issue — and this isn’t the first time. I’m currently waiting for a refund from Vitality Travel. I withdrew the funds to be transferred to my account, and they were showing as “pending” for over 10 days.

I called the bank and was assured the payment would be made on Monday. I waited the entire day — nothing. On Tuesday, I checked again, and now the funds are no longer pending and have not been paid into my account. I called the bank again, only to be told the funds cannot be traced and received yet another version of the story. Now I’m being redirected back to Vitality Travel.

This is unacceptable service. I would not recommend Discovery Bank to anyone.
