Vitality Money Rewards
The vitality rewards 3.0 are a nightmare. firstly the money goals keeps on increasing and does not carry over. if you have a suit you do not get points for using your transactional card which means you are forced to use your credit card to get points towards your money goal but clients who do not have credit cards get points for using their transactional account. Make it make sense please. been using vitality for years now and this is a joke.
You want us to spend more yet you say you encourage responsible spending how is that even possible? I will not encourage anyone to join, cannot wait to settle my credit card and close my accounts.
